Friday, June 14th, Ice Cream Days/Sesqui Events:

9:00 a.m. • Le Mars YMCA 24th Annual 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament, Le Mars YMCA Parking Lot, 241 12th Street SE Come join the fun and excitement of Ice Cream Days by putting together a 3-on-3 basketball team! Teams consist of 3 to 4 players. A complete set of rules available at the time of registration. Preregister at the Le Mars YMCA by June 5. Entry fee $20 per player. Age groups (male and female divisions in each division) are 8 & under, 10 & under, 12 & under.

11:30 a.m. • Le Mars Historic Preservation Architectural Tour, Tours begin at the Arts Center, 200 Central Avenue SE
The Le Mars Historic Preservation Commission will provide an educational tour about the architectural elements that are used in downtown Le Mars buildings. Plan for 1 hour.

2:00 p.m. • Smile Contest & Ice Cream Social
Good Samaritan Society-Le Mars, 1140 Lincoln Street NE
Join Good Samaritan Society-Le Mars as they host a children’s Smile Contest and Ice Cream Social. Ages 4-7 may register from 2:00-2:30 p.m. with judging to begin at 2:30 p.m. Ice Cream Social to immediately follow for participants and spectators. Prizes for all participants.

2:30 - 4:30 p.m. • Kids Fun Fest! Le Mars Public Library, 46 1st Street SW - Kids Fun Fest sponsored by Blue Bunny®, will include two performances plus craft activities. 
2:30: Entertainment to be announced.
3:30: Jim “Mr. Stinky Feet” Cosgrove has been rockin’ families for nearly two decades. His high-energy, interactive shows have delighted audiences throughout North America and Europe, including two performances at The White House.

5:00 - 9:30 p.m. • Le Mars Area Youth Network \ LifeLight 
Olson Cultural Event Center, 33 1st Street NE 
Le Mars Area Youth Network is excited to partner this year with LifeLight to bring you a fun festival for the whole family, including extreme sports and great music plus much more. FREE food for the first 1,500 people or while supplies last.

5:30 - 7:30 p.m. • Le Mars Community & St. Joseph’s/Gehlen Catholic Schools Alumni All-School Family Reunion Supper
Plymouth County Fairgrounds, 500 4th Avenue NE
Serving brats, burgers and sides. Pre-registration required.

Plymouth County Fairgrounds, 500 4th Avenue NE 
Pioneer Village Stage - The Jammers, a 6-piece band from 
Le Mars and Sioux City, playing the best mix of ‘50s & ‘60s music with a bit of ‘70s. They were 2018 Inductees into the Midwest All Music Association Hall of Fame. Free admission.
