The Water Department moves snow in the downtown parking lots, intersections and crosswalks. If you see problems please call 712-546-5555 with your concerns.

This is a partial list of areas where we move snow:
- 12th Street and Lincoln Street - corner by milk plant
- 1st Southwest parking lot "P"
- 2nd Street Southwest (north side) - off-street parking
- All downtown intersections
- All downtown sidewalk crossings when permissible
- Alley at the water tower
- Art Center - off-street parking
- Beauty College - off-street parking
- City Hall back parking "P"
- Convention center parking
- Golf course parking
- Library - big part of parking lot "P"
- Police Department “P"
- Postal Playhouse
- Telephone parking lot
